Yesterday I went to my first hatha yoga lunch-time class at City Hall. I was blessed to be surrounded by lots of fellow office yogis! It was a great class with lots of hip openers mixed with some yin yoga poses. Usually not my favourite, however they weren’t too agonizing. Jane
